These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Audionyx mobile application and services. By downloading or using Audionyx, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of the Service

Audionyx provides AI-powered transcription and teleprompter functionality. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use Audionyx for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the system
• Upload malicious or harmful content
• Interfere with the operation of the service
   

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any login credentials associated with Audionyx. Audionyx may suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Audionyx offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
• Purchases of additional usage minutes are non-refundable except where required by law.
   

4. Usage Limits

• Free users are subject to usage limits.
• Paid plans receive increased monthly limits.
• Overage minutes may be purchased when available.
• Usage is measured only while actively transcribing or running teleprompter sessions.
   

Audionyx reserves the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and technology in Audionyx are owned by Audionyx or its licensors.

You retain full ownership of the content you create.

By using the service, you grant Audionyx a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Availability and Performance

Audionyx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the app evolves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Audionyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for lost content, lost revenue, or business interruption
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Audionyx in the preceding 12 months
   

8. Termination

You may stop using Audionyx at any time. Audionyx may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Sections related to payments, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Ohio.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Audionyx after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
